Le travail est une occupation importante dans la vie d’un adulte, et un vecteur d’intégration sociale, économique et symbolique d’une société occidentale. Une lésion cérébrale acquise, entraînent de nombreuses séquelles autant physiques, cognitives que psychiques, et impactent la participation de la personne dans sa sphère professionnelle notamment, pouvant mener jusqu’à une désinsertion professionnelle. L’ergothérapie, a sa place dans le champ de la réinsertion professionnelle, bien qu’encore peu développée, mais comment s’inscrit-elle dans une relation interprofessionnelle auprès des personnes cérébrolésées, sur la question de la participation dans la sphère professionnelle. Quatre entretiens qualitatifs ont été menés auprès d’ergothérapeutes et de conseillers d’insertion professionnelle exerçant en UEROS (Unité d’Evaluation, de Réentraînement et d’Orientation Sociale et professionnelle) et mettent en lumière l’importante de la relation interprofessionnelle dans la réinsertion professionnelle de la personne cérébrolésée. Les professionnels s’appuient sur un diagnostic partagé, l’engagement occupationnel de la personne ainsi que sur des mises en situation de pratiques professionnelles, pour soutenir la participation dans la sphère professionnelle de la personne souffrant d’une lésion cérébrale acquise.

Work is an important occupation in the life of an adult and a factor for social, economic, and symbolic integration in Western societies. An acquired brain injury, results in numerous physical, cognitive, and psychological consequences, and impacts the participation of people in their professional sphere, which can lead to occupational deintegration. Occupational therapy has its place in the field of professional reintegration, although that sector isstill underdeveloped in occupational therapy, but how does it fit into an interprofessional relationship with the brain injured, on the issue of participation in the professional sphere. Four qualitative interviews were conducted with occupational therapists and professional integration counsellors practisingin theUnit of Evaluation, Training and Social and Professional Orientation (UEROS in French) and highlight the importance of interprofessional relationship in the reintegration of the brain damages persons. Professionals rely on a shared diagnosis, client's occupational engagement and on role-plays in work’s situations, to support participation in the professional sphere of people suffering from an acquired brain injury.
