Introduction:Les altérations des fonctions exécutives (FE) sont des séquelles fréquentes suite à un
accident vasculaire cérébral (AVC) et impactent significativement la participation occupationnelle.
En France, leur évaluation repose encore majoritairement sur des tests dit papier/crayon, avec une
évolution progressive vers des outils plus représentatifs des exigences de la vie réelle. Dans ce
contexte la Weekly Calendar Planning Activity (WCPA), outil d’évaluation écologique et
dynamique, apparaît comme une alternative pertinente pour mesurer les FE à travers une activité
proche du quotidien : planifier un agenda hebdomadaire. Méthodologie : Une scoping review a été
menée afin de recenser les évaluations écologiques existantes pour mesurer les FE après un AVC.
Résultats : 225 articles ont été étudiés et 14 études ont finalement été sélectionnées pour analyser
leur données. Plusieurs outils écologique présentant de bonnes qualités psychométriques ont été
identifiés. Deux études portaient sur la WCPA ont permis d’intégrer une approche à la fois
dynamique et écologique. Discussion : La WCPA s’avère pertinent pour le domaine de
l’ergothérapie car elle permet d’évaluer les FE dans un contexte réaliste et évolutif en analysant à la
fois la performance, les stratégies utilisées et la capacité de changement. Conclusion: La traduction
et l’adaptation de la WCPA en français permettrait d’enrichir la pratique des ergothérapeutes post
AVC, en offrant un outil représentatif du fonctionnement cognitif en contexte écologique.

Introduction : Executive function (EF) impairments are common sequelae following a stroke and
significantly impact occupational participation. In France, their assessment still relies largely on
traditional paper-and-pencil tests, with a gradual shift toward tools that better reflect real-life
demands. In this context, the Weekly Calendar Planning Activity (WCPA), an ecological and
dynamic assessment tool, emerges as a relevant alternative to measure EF through a daily-life task :
planning a weekly schedule. Methodology : A scoping review was conducted to identify existing
ecological assessments used to evaluate EF after stroke. Results: A total of 225 articles were
reviewed, and 14 studies were ultimately selected for data analysis. Several ecological tools with
good psychometric properties were identified. Two studies focusing on the WCPA highlighted its
ability to combine both ecological and dynamic approaches. Discussion: The WCPA proves to be a
relevant tool in the field of occupational therapy, as it allows for the assessment of EF in a realistic
and evolving context, by analyzing not only performance but also the strategies used and the
capacity for change. Conclusion: Translating and adapting the WCPA into French could enhance
post-stroke occupational therapy practice by providing a tool that more accurately reflects cognitive
