Lors de réalisation d’une activité thérapeutique, la question du devenir des objets est soulevée, pour certain patient cette étape peut être révélatrice de problématiques ou d’enjeux pour la personne. L’objectif de cette étude est donc de déterminer l’accompagnement de l’ergothérapeute dans le devenir des objets auprès des patients en psychiatrie. Pour cela des entretiens semi-directifs ont été réalisés auprès de quatre ergothérapeutes exerçant en hôpital psychiatrique et utilisant le modèle psycho-dynamique. L’analyse des résultats de cette enquête révèle que pour accompagner le patient dans le
devenir de l’objet, l’ergothérapeute crée un cadre thérapeutique. La mise en place de ce cadre est propre aux choix du thérapeute et aux contraintes institutionnelles. Son accompagnement va donc venir s’adapter en fonction du patient, mais également en fonction des relations définies comme triangulaires par Pibarot : objet-patient, patient-thérapeute, et thérapeute-objet. Pour conclure la question du devenir de l’objet est une question vaste, et dépend de la pratique de chaque professionnel.

  When performing a therapeutic activity, the question of the future of therapeutic objects is raised, for some patients this step may reveal personnal issues or concerns. The objective of this study is to determine the role of the occupational therapist in the future of therapeutic objects with patients in psychiatry. For this purpose, semi-directive interviews were conducted with four occupational therapists practicing in a psychiatric hospital and using the psycho-dynamic model. The analysis of the results of this survey reveals that to accompany the patient in the future of the therapeutic object, the occupational therapist creates a therapeutic setting. The implementation of this setting is specific to the therapist's
  choices and institutional constraints. His/her assistance will therefore come to adapt according to the patient, but also according to the relations defined as triangular Pibarot defined : object-patient, patient-therapist, and therapist-object. To conclude the question of the future of the object is a large question, and depends on the practice of each professional.
