La crainte d’une nouvelle rechute chez des patients bipolaires est une problématique récurrente. Les programmes d’éducation thérapeutique permettent d’acquérir des compétences spécifiques. Ces dernières sont des clés permettant d’éviter la rechute. Elles sont élaborées lors du diagnostic éducatif (entretien initial) avec le patient. Pour mettre en avant la plus-value de l’ergothérapie au sein du diagnostic éducatif, l’outil MCRO peut être pertinent. L’étude vise alors à vérifier l’intérêt d’utiliser cette mesure au sein du diagnostic éducatif, afin d’élaborer des compétences pertinentes. Pour répondre à cette problématique, nous avons élaboré un protocole auprès de dix patients bipolaires, répartis en deux groupes. La passation de ce protocole permettra de répondre à cette question et de promouvoir l’ergothérapie.

The fear about a new relapse with the bipolar patient is a recurrent problem. The therapeutic education programs allow to acquire specific skills. These are solutions which allow to avoid the relapse. They are implemented during the educational diagnosis (initial interview) with the patient. To highlight the occupational therapist added value in the educational diagnosis, the MCRO tool can be pertinent. Consequently, the study aim to confirm the interest to use this means in the educational diagnosis, in order to devise relevant skills. To answer this problematic, to create a protocol with ten bipolar patients, divided into two groups. The execution of this procedure will allow to answer this question and to promote the occupational therapist.
