INTRODUCTION : Apparu bien avant les fondamentaux de la civilisation, le jeu est une activité essentielle à l’homme. Nous nous interrogerons ici sur le sens et la place accordée au jeu dans les activités de vie quotidienne, ainsi que celle qui lui est faite en tant qu’occupation et en tant que médiation thérapeutique.
OBJECTIVE : L’intérêt de ce travail repose sur le fait de donner des pistes, d’amener à se questionner sur notre rapport au jeu en tant que personne puis en tant qu’ergothérapeute, sur nos connaissances et compétences à pouvoir l’utiliser dans tout l’éventail de ses possibilités et dans un cadre thérapeutique éclairé. Ce mémoire d’initiation à la recherche a donc pour intention de réactualiser les données et de présenter un état des lieux de l’utilisation du jeu dans l’intervention ergothérapique.
METHODE : Nous interrogerons dans ce cadre les ergothérapeutes français sur l’orientation occupationnelle donnée au travers de leur utilisation du jeu sous toutes ses formes et nous essaierons de répondre à la problématique suivante : quelles sont les dimensions occupationnelles du jeu mises en oeuvre dans les pratiques professionnelles actuelles des ergothérapeutes français ? Plus généralement, nous espérons obtenir un tableau réactualisé des pratiques et des questionnements des ergothérapeutes autour de l’activité ludique et de l’occupation qu’est le jeu, qui serait représentatif des tendances en cours dans la profession, grâce à la diffusion d’un questionnaire, adressé à l’ensemble des ergothérapeutes travaillant dans les domaines de la réadaptation et de la rééducation.

INTRODUCTION : Appeared long before the fundamentals of civilization, play is an essential human activity. We will question ourselves here on the meaning and the place granted to play.
OBJECTIVES : The interest of this work rests on the fact of giving clues, to bring to question oneself on our relation to play as an individual then as an occupational therapist, on our knowledge and skills to be able to use it in all the range of its possibilities and in an enlightened therapeutic framework. This research initiation thesis therefore intends to update the data and present an inventory of the use of the play and the game in occupational therapy intervention.
METHOD : In this context, we will question French occupational therapists on the occupational orientation given through their use of the play and the game, and we will try to answer the following problem: what are the occupational dimensions of play implemented in the current professional practices of French occupational therapists? More generally, we hope to obtain an updated table of the practices and questions of occupational therapists around the playful activity and occupation that is gambling, which would be representative of current trends in the profession, through the distribution of a questionnaire addressed to all occupational therapist working in the fields of rehabilitation. - IFE TOULOUSE
