Les douleurs neuropathiques atteignent 6,8 % des adultes. Au vu de l’importance de cette population touchée, je me suis intéressée à la prise en charge dont bénéficient ces patients, et plus précisément celle des patients souffrant d’allodynie mécanique statique. A l’aide de modèles théoriques neuropsychologiques et socio- psychologiques, j’ai pu construire une étude selon la technique Delphi. Cette étude vise à identifier les facteurs clés de l’adhésion du patient souffrant de douleurs allodyniques à la méthode de rééducation sensitive, de façon à évaluer l’intérêt de sa prise en charge par l’ergothérapeute dans le cadre de cette méthode. La consultation d’experts a mis en avant les éléments favorisant l’adhésion du patient. En effectuant le lien avec les compétences de l’ergothérapeute, l’étude permet de montrer le réel intérêt de la prise en charge de ces patients en ergothérapie.

Neuropathic pain affects 6,8% of the adults. Given the significant population it represents, my interest fell on the care of these patients, especially those suffering from allodynia. By using theoretical neuropsychological and socio-psychological models, I designed a study using the Delphi method. The aim of this study was to identify the key elements that favor patients’ adherence to the Somatosensory Rehabilitation of Neuropathic Pain method, in order to evaluate the interest to involve the occupational therapist in this therapy. Expert consultation yielded answers about the major components that improve patients’ compliance. By pointing the connexion between these key elements and the occupational therapists’ skills, the study shows that occupational therapists have a real interest in the care of patients with allodynia.
