En France, l’AVC est un problème de santé publique. Après un AVC, les
occupations et l’engagement peuvent être modifiés.
Une étude a été réalisée pour comprendre l’apport de l’utilisation de l’approche COOP en ergothérapie dans l’accompagnement des personnes ayant subi un AVC,
afin de favoriser leur engagement.
Pour cela des entretiens semis directifs ont été réalisés puis analysés de manière
thématique.
Sur l’ensemble des trois entretiens réalisés, il a été mis en évidence par les
ergothérapeutes que certaines des caractéristiques de la CO-OP peuvent favoriser
l’engagement du patient lors d’un accompagnement en ergothérapie, cependant,
cette approche a ses limites.

In France, stroke is a public health problem. After a stroke, occupations and
engagement can be altered.
A study was carried out to understand the contribution of the use of the CO-OP
approach in occupational therapy in the support of people who have suffered from
a stroke, in order to promote their engagement.
Semi-directive interviews were conducted and analysed thematically.
In all three interviews, the occupational therapists found that some of the
characteristics of CO-OP can promote the patient's involvement in occupational
