En pédiatrie, l’accompagnement des parents est aussi important que la prise en soin de l’enfant en elle-même. L’enfant est dépendant de ses parents, encore plus lorsqu’il est suivi en CAMSP au vu de son jeune âge. Pour l’ergothérapeute, être en lien avec la famille de l’enfant qu’il suit est indispensable pour pouvoir transférer des activités et des conseils pour améliorer le quotidien de l’enfant. L’objectif de l’étude est de comprendre la manière dont l’ergothérapeute accompagne les parents, et si la guidance parentale peut faciliter la relation qu’il entretient avec les parents. Pour vérifier cela, des entretiens auprès de quatre ergothérapeutes exerçant en CAMSP ont été réalisé. Les résultats ont montré l’importance de la guidance parentale et un impact favorable sur la relation avec les parents. Ce travail a été très riche en apprentissage. Pour donner suite à ce travail de recherche, il serait envisageable d’étudier si un protocole d’aide à la guidance parentale pourrait aider les ergothérapeutes exerçant en CAMSP.

In pediatrics, the support of parents is as important as the management of children. They are dependent on their parents, even more so when they are followed in Center for Early Medico-Social Action. For the occupational therapists, being in contact with the family child is essential to transpose activities and advice to improve children's daily life. Purpose of study is to understand how the occupational therapist supports parents, and whether parental guidance can facilitate the relationship with these parents. To verify this, interviews with four occupational therapists practicing in Center for Early Medico-Social Action were conducted. Findings have shown the importance of parental guidance and its impact on the relationship with parents. This work was extraordinarily rich in learning. As a follow-up to this research work, it would be possible to study whether a protocol to help with parental guidance could help occupational therapists working in Center for Early Medico-Social Action.
