L’ergothérapeute concentre sa pratique sur l’analyse holistique de la
personne mettant en lien ses occupations, son environnement, ses capacités mais
aussi ses besoins. Pour se faire les mises en situations sont un moyen
thérapeutique utilisé. Cette approche occupationnelle favorise l’engagement
thérapeutique des patients. Cependant, la corrélation entre une occupation et un
environnement doit également être réfléchie à l’échelle des services d’ergothérapie.
L’objectif de cette étude est de déterminer en quoi l’environnement des services
d’ergothérapie impacte l’engagement thérapeutique des patients. À cet effet, un
questionnaire a été réalisé et diffusé auprès d’ergothérapeutes exerçant en
rééducation/réadaptation. Cette étude met en évidence que l’engagement
thérapeutique est favorisé par de multiples facteurs comme l’approche
occupationnelle et le fait de rendre le patient acteur dans son accompagnement.

Occupational therapists focus their practice on a holistic analysis of the
person, linking occupations, environment, abilities and needs. To do so, simulations
are used as a therapeutic method. This occupational approach fosters therapeutic
commitment of patients. However, the connection between the occupation and the
environment must also be considered at the level of occupational therapy service.
The objective of this study is to determine how the occupational therapy service
environment has an impact on patients' therapeutic commitment. For this purpose, a
questionnaire was created and shared with occupational therapists working in
rehabilitation. This study highlights that therapeutic engagement is favored by
numerous factors such as the occupational approach and the fact of making the
